A: First of all, I don’t think there is a so-called “definition”. There must be above the color world.

The so-called definition only means that the decision will be made before the decision. It is not settled, but the mind is ready to settle.

The so-called nine-minded mind is to adjust the mind to overcome the nine states of disorder. After adjustment, it can be set.

This desire to define is just a bit meaningful for beginners. For those who are well-versed in the practice, the stage of near-term fixation is very short, and even a thought can be entered into it.

A beginner may not be able to enter for a long time, so he has been exploring in the near-term (definition) stage. This stage shouldn’t be too long, for example, it can’t be set in tens of minutes, you should check whether the modification method is wrong.

 Q: Hello, I am a type of meditation and chanting. Can this be set?

Answer: Meditate and meditate. If your mouth is moving, it cannot be settled.

If it is a silent meditation in the heart, unless you think you ca n’t move, and the thought is self-determined (breathing will stop at the same time), then it is settled. If the voice is still ringing, it is not settled.

A: As a general practice, a Falun Gong practice is unlikely in the end. So I don’t have such a thing as an intuitive breath. I will learn all kinds of methods.

For beginners, the two most important things are to build a ring body and gain concentration. You can accomplish these two things in any way.

The best way to learn wisdom by yourself is to read the Buddhist scriptures. If a person usually keeps the precepts (mainly fornication ordinances) clean and has a concentration of more than four meditations, when he reads the Buddhist scriptures, he can enter the concept according to the text, and at the same time he understands the meaning of the scriptures, the view and action are here. If the observation is in place, it will immediately gain physical and mental benefit (or enlightenment). In the scriptures, it is often proved by the Buddha’s slang that the law is clear. That’s it. In this day and age, people say that the root organs cannot work, and they cannot be realized so quickly. In fact, it is not the root organs that cannot work, but the heart is not pure and cannot be viewed according to the meaning of the Buddha.

 Question: Could you meditate from zero, did your leg hurt when you were sitting? Now that you are in the Four Zens, does your leg still hurt? I still meditate with leg pain now

A: Generally, it hurts the legs. But there are 2 cases, the legs don’t hurt.

  1. After entering the four zens, the mind has a state of mind. In the state, there is only quietness and no physical consciousness, and you forget the leg pain (when you find a leg pain, it means that you have fallen out of meditation).
  2. It is full of energy and full of air. Not only does the leg not hurt, it is also very comfortable.

The first is to quickly set aside the feelings of the body and enter meditation, forgetting oneself, and forgetting one’s breath. You can avoid leg pain (but you will find that your leg hurts).

The second type is to focus on the air in front of the nose when watching the breath. If the focus is correct, the energy will naturally be filled (the feeling of energy for a long time will become amusement), and the leg will not hurt. It doesn’t hurt).

 Q: After a period of meditation, I won’t double-check. Once at noon, I leaned on a chair, put my feet on a flower pot, and closed my eyes to sleep. I do n’t think about it anymore, I think of lotus. When I look at it, I feel like I entered a black hole space very quietly. I feel that my body is gone. The body is a shell, and the edge of the space is the skin. Only the sound of breathing is still there. People outside can also hear what they say, but it’s just different from usual. It’s clear that there is no noise. I also realized that it might be settled, which is very comfortable anyway. I maintained this state for a while, thinking that I should sleep in the afternoon and then I would sleep. After waking up, I feel very comfortable, and my feet feel soft as if I stepped on cotton in the afternoon. Was the final admission at the time? What is it? I have always wanted to know, I hope to enlighten me!

A: Actually, in this era, there are many people who practice and have evidence. I personally have encountered a lot of them, and I have never encountered more. However, the current climate is generally skeptical. When you prove to meditate, you speak other people ’s rhetoric, and when you speak of extinction or emptiness, it is even more horrifying for the listener. hat. This kind of environment has led practitioners to dare not to get ahead, but the master of oral practice has become more popular, which has contributed to the decline of Fa-rectification. . .
