A: The state of mind is gradually clear. From the perspective of meditation, it is from the normal state of distracting thoughts, gradually becoming a state of sitting pure and free of distractions.

In the normal state, it gradually changes from a state of greed to a state of indifference. Sometimes I feel completely upset. Seeing affairs will feel no position. There is no difference between good and bad.

But there is progress in practice. If you are lazy, your concentration will retreat and your mindfulness will retreat. Such troubles will arise again. Therefore, this clean state is also fluctuating. You need to work hard to maintain wisdom and keep your body and mind clean. Otherwise roll back. Also almost annoying.

 Q: Sigh with joy! Some people even meditate for decades and have no idea. They can’t enter the door. The landlord Huigen is deep!

I want to ask, I started to study Buddhism, and I also want to start meditation, but my body is not good at fortune telling, and I am sure that my five elements are weak and weak. Can my body condition meditate? (I’m a little short of breath, my hands and feet like numbness, etc.) Now I’m taking the medicine with little effect.

A: I personally think that as long as the spirit is okay, if you can concentrate on practicing fate and situation (such as watching the breath), you can fix it. And cultivation is good for the body.

If you have physical discomfort, you can try to tolerate it in the early stage, ignore it, and try to stay focused. If there is a certain amount of energy, the body (but just a feeling) can be discarded and enter the state of mind. That is no sense.

In this way, the body cannot hinder meditation at all. (But in this way, the body will not be directly nourished by meditation).

If you want to be in good health, you should sit for a long time (with constant breathing) while keeping your body moderately comfortable. Due to physical consciousness, the body will be improved by constant force.
