What I said is to breathe in the heart, and to unite the heart and air, so that the air is clean and free from sexual desire. To understand this first, what is mind and what is qi. Then it’s easy to understand.

I said that Qi is sleep. Feeling sleep. The heart is knowledge. Put awareness together in mutual photography. There is awareness in awareness, awareness in awareness, and the two do not depart from each other. In this way, Jingqi Shen is stable and prone to sexual desire. This is actually a Taoist practice of Tianyuan Dan. It doesn’t feel right to put it here. . This can be repaired but not repaired. This in itself requires understanding to understand and experience.

Answer: This is normal for you. Your method should be fine too. But during meditation, you watch your breath. You should not feel comfortable where you feel uncomfortable (if you feel distracted). This kind of tension between the eyebrows and the top of the head is caused by concentration of energy (energy) on the head. This is not a problem in itself. And the stability of meditation and the accumulation of this qi are positively linked. So there is no need to deal with it specifically. But when he was seated, he was particular about it. Lower the Qi, otherwise the Qi will form a false fire on the head. Lead to obstacles next meditation. If the fire is severe, there will be serious physical problems. Such as bleeding gums, vomiting blood, nocturnal emission and so on. So need to be treated carefully.

Before you meditate to the seat, you need to deal with this gas. The method is to come out of the meditation and enter a normal state of relaxation. Relax your whole body. Massaging the head relaxes tight areas, massaging the legs, and keeping focus on the feet for a while. It’s best not to open your eyes in the middle.

If you get angry, you won’t have these problems.

In Buddhism, this problem is mainly dealt with through practice. That is to say, after going down for 10-30 minutes. Keep your attention on your feet. Then the anger came down.
