02.Self-relationship

Q: ye repair , ah, you coach yet

Answer: Now I am a teacher. But I didn’t visit the teacher before repairing these. All self-study.

Question: Does n’t it mean that you have to call on the master to practice meditation, would it be wrong to practice alone, would you be unsure when you practice?

Answer: As long as you are willing to practice the Dharma by centrifugation, you will not go astray without seeking supernatural powers and weirdness.

When I practiced, it took me 1 week to break my breath, and from that time I started to meditate. No difficulties were encountered.

Q: Are you settled? I think this is critical

Answer: Of course. Do you still have to ask?

Question: The landlord, have your breath and pulse stopped completely?

Answer: The breathing is stopped at the Four Zen. The pulse is stopped by the heart. The heart stops, it’s about to die. I did it all.

Q: Hello, I mean, are the breathing and pulse stopped completely?

Answer: Yes. But at the time of extinction, it was unknown. I do n’t know until after I make a decision.

Question: The landlord, if you have finished practicing the four meditations, it is casual to not eat or drink for a week. If you ca n’t, you may be wrong. Furthermore, the stomach must be emptied before entering the set, that is to say, hunger strike, otherwise it is self-deceiving.

Answer: I don’t know where you came from. The Buddha still has to eat. In the first paragraph of the Vajrayana, the Buddha said that the Buddha “eats food, closes the bowl, has washed the feet, and sits on the seat.” What do you think?

What does refusing to eat and drink have to do with Ruding. Of course, I have also had a long experience of digging valleys, but this is not directly related to the cultivation of the Four Zen Buddhism.

When we learn Dharma, we must conform to the classics and, more importantly, we must verify it with practice. Don’t believe in rumors easily. Otherwise, the merit is not built, and the sin karma has been built up more than N. Why not sorrow?

Question: If your stomach is full of food, you’re set. Think about the consequences. What’s more, if you say that you have practiced four meditations and eight meditations, if you ca n’t enter the meditation for more than a week, do n’t talk about it. A brother of mine meditated for two days (I ca n’t sit). What’s more, the four Zen Bading is kung fu (artificial kung fu), so can the outside world. Don’t think that when you complete the four Zen Bading, you are learning Buddhism!

Answer: There is no relationship with the length of time. The setting is also set for one second. Meditating for a long time does not mean that the concentration is deep. The four zens and eight meditations are all meditations, and the external ministers are all meditating. The four meditations and eight determinants of Taoism will be met by those who study Buddhism. The three disciplines of Jie Hui are bound to be the basis of precept and practice. If you do n’t practice meditation, you just talk about studying Buddhism. How can you be careless in learning the astray of Buddhism!

Question: Shi Zun was enlisted for three years and Dharma was nine years, and Ji Gong was also nine years (including the modern Xuyun monk who has also been enrolled for more than one month). Of course, time is not a measure of meditation, but you tell me that you can’t sit still even for a week. You say that you have reached four meditations, and you go out. Can anyone believe it? I’m not saying that meditation practice is wrong, but I do suspect that you haven’t really reached the realm of four meditations. You may have cheated yourself!

Answer: The suspect suspected himself. The knower knows himself. If in doubt, repair it.

Q: How to break cause and effect?

Answer: Causality cannot be cracked. Causality itself is the iron law of all law. It ’s so far, for example, it ’s like the causality between force and reaction.

 Q: Sigh with joy!

I, as a beginner, would like to ask a question. How has your spiritual life in the past year been arranged in the daily schedule? I really feel that it is difficult to practice in my family, there are many chores and many obstacles.

A: I am unemployed at home. In addition to meditating and practicing every day, I check the information on the Internet (to find answers to the questions surrounding the practice). The homework time is basically 3 sits a day, one in the morning, one at noon, and one before going to bed at night. 1-2 hours per seat. To keep practicing, the most important thing is to abstain from precepts and adultery. Heart precept means abstaining from adultery (even the beauty, ugliness, and men and women). With the improvement of spiritual practice and wisdom, this precept must be fortified step by step, and the depth of the precept should be continuously increased, even in dreams. So Xiu line is not refundable, the practice has made rapid progress, if the heart heedlessness, the practice quickly regress.

In the family, if you want to handle all kinds of things, you must have obstacles to your practice. So the best way is to specialize in retreat. If it doesn’t work, the best thing to do is simple physical labor and less brainpower (more mental labor, easy to lose mindfulness, and if you lose mindfulness, you will quickly retreat from practice). When doing physical work, you can keep your consciousness awake clearly, and you can practice in this way.

Q: Sometime like you. I feel like I’m on a level, and I don’t know if I misunderstood it or I fell into a hurry after getting busy. Anyway, now I’m not sure what level I have reached.

But I always feel that if we can’t maintain the realm in the complexity of this world, we won’t be really enlightened or enlightened.

Now try my best to sit, lie, stay, and move are all in the center. As for the realm, I don’t care too much about it. Occasionally, Xiao Wu is happy.

Answer: This practice is still orderly and methodological. Not overnight. There are too many causes that cause troubles in life. Therefore, we must keep our vigilance and cultivate our mind, so that we can reconcile our troubles, and so we can cultivate our wisdom. Only when you have wisdom can you talk about the troubles. The trouble is wisdom. The previous practice can only be called as overwhelming troubles. It is for the sake of temporarily avoiding the cause of the troubles and concentrating on the wisdom. So the holy watershed is the proof of wisdom. Ordinary people want to cultivate in life, called delusion. Asking the ordinary person to deliberately want to practice the Great Sacred Bodhisattva. Therefore, cause and effect cannot be reversed.

Late supplementary answer: Recently, I should make some corrections to my previous remarks. Originally, ordinary men were unable to practice without avoiding adversity. Recently, I have found that Zen has a method that can take everything as the whole mind, take everything with the same view, and practice beyond the world without leaving the world. This is not delusion, but feasible and provable.

Q: What is this method of Zen?

Answer: Point straight.

( Editor’s Note: Zen refers directly to the mind, takes the mind as the ship of law, governs the ten thousand methods, and treats without repair without a certificate. It is free to practice, consume habits, and directly carry the other side. It has a high realm, a good technique, and the Shangge root deed. It can be super. )

Question: How should this practice be done?

A: For a moment, you can see sex! If not, you still need to practice the precepts and complement each other.

Q: My troubles are special-it feels like something without focus and credibility. Various other philosophies and religions involve learning. The result is just seeing different and similar values and worldviews.

Sorted by time and combined with the historical environment of the time, you will find a lot of its development context, and finally it does not seem to be what you originally thought. How many people have actually seen the so-called miracles and miracles, but the contradictions and errors are always so obvious.

As for other life troubles, it was really annoying when I came, but after thinking about it, there is always a kind of trouble that is Bodhi’s happiness. Without those worries, I don’t think I can have a deeper understanding of many things.

Answer: Buddhist theory is only used to guide people (speaking of the sickness of people), so if you want to find a logical context in the theory and deliberately integrate it, that is basically not feasible.

Many Buddhist theories are superconscious, that is to say, it is a state that cannot be reached by thinking. So often it is incredible.

Dharma is only known by evidence.

Therefore, if the benevolent has confidence in the Dharma, it is recommended to practice from the foundation and from meditation. Then the concept of Dharma (five Yun, Shiba Jie, Origination, etc.) and repair if so, the order of the natural heart would establish thirty-seven goods. Just plowing and harvesting will come unexpectedly.

Q: First of all, I don’t want to be integrated. Just no comparison, how do you determine your position? It’s like you were born in North Korea and thought you were the happiest person in the world, ready to liberate the world. I don’t want to end up wasting my life in a joke.

I believe that the Dharma can be used for cultivation. It is mainly for self-cultivation. But as for those things that haven’t been proven, let me just believe them. Then I believe it is to lie to myself.

As I said before, just practice. No one can guarantee that you will become a Buddha, and no one can guarantee that the road will be the same. Guiyuan has no bisexual nature, which is convenient for many.

There is another question that happens to come to mind. About mysticism.

For easy understanding I will copy the explanation as follows:

Mysticism, the translation of this word in Chinese, is confusing with Occultism. Regarding this point, the famous Taiwanese scholar Mr. Fu Pei-rong believes that mysticism should be translated as “tacticalism”. Tightness is close fitting. A key concept in Tacticalism is “tightness experience”, that is, the experience of feeling that your soul fits with a supreme spiritual entity.) The word comes from the Greek verb myein, which means “close.” , Especially “close your eyes.” The reason to close your eyes is to be disappointed in obtaining truth and wisdom from the phenomenal world through your senses. However, mysticism does not abandon the pursuit of truth like skepticism. It only advocates closing the eyes of the flesh, but at the same time it advocates opening the eyes of the mind so that the eyes of the mind are not disturbed by the bustling phenomenal world and return to self. To achieve truth and wisdom in the meditation of the soul. Therefore, the interpretation of mysticism in dictionaries is generally “by returning to the heart from the outside world, combining with God or some supreme principle in a state of meditation, contemplation, or obsession, or dissolving in it”.

Psychology tells us that if our mind believes in something, then the body will respond positively. Nan Huaijin’s book also described the phenomenon of meditation: because no one has access to different knowledge (such as Chinese veins or Indian three pulses and seven chakras), they will have different feelings and reactions. Then I doubt whether the experience of mysticism is caused by this psychological factor.

Answer: Dharma practice is not mysticism or tacitism. As far as the Dharma is concerned, all realms, psychology, and physiology, are hallucinations. Taking hallucinations seriously, and establishing my attachment in them are confusion and reincarnation. Dharma practice is to leave the illusion. Illusions do not fit into a higher mystical realm. But everything should be separated. When it comes to the end, sincerity (it’s just a metaphor, there is no real sincerity, just no illusions), like clouds and fog, without the blindness of illusions, but naked. At this point it is obvious. In the next life, that is, no longer bewildered (some people still need to keep the job), and you can see the truth of the Dharma, so you can imitate all things, get comfortable with karma, and enjoy Nirvana. This is the principle of the Dharma.

Belief in Buddhism is the root of heart. Do n’t believe it, you just have to read the Buddhist scriptures first, cultivate your knowledge, and wait for your confidence to mature.

Question: The meaning of “extermination” is the extermination of all the six consciousnesses, and even the perseverance of the eighth consciousness called “I”-“Ego”. How do you know that you have reached the level of extinction?

Answer: Because the decision to enter and leave is only a moment (the time has passed for more than an hour, I can enter the decision with one thought, that is, I can enter it in one second). But when he was out, he found that his body was cold and his blood flow stopped. Death shines. Intuition is death. Then condensed energy reactivates the body before it can be used. In contrast to Scripture, this is only possible with extinction. There is no doubt that this phenomenon will not occur.

Q: I think that if you work to earn a living, your situation may not be maintained. So, what is the landlord’s plan for the future?

Answer: Working to earn a living, before wisdom is not strong enough, will indeed cause very big obstacles. So Theravada said that he wanted to live a life of the Eightfold Path. Otherwise it will roll back.

But Mahayana has the wisdom of reality. If you can enter the Prajna Paramita, you can enter the only way to see the truth in everything. It is the law and the law. The world is always resident. In this way, you can work and earn a living. So I plan to go to Prajna Paramita!

Unsustainable definiteness is non-positive definiteness, which is what this post has been discussing so far. There is no difference in Zhengding.

There will be a world, there will be a world.

The indefiniteness is the instinct, the Buddha nature, the Rulai Tibetan, the absent-mindedness. Zhengding does not differ, but it is a matter after awakening, not a matter of ordinary people.

Ordinary people have to fix the world, and then they can go beyond the world, and then they can go beyond the world. In order to be positive, there is no difference!

Question: The problem is that mental labor is difficult to avoid. If you want to maintain mindfulness while mental labor, it seems too difficult.

Answer: Multitasking will make everything difficult. Therefore, it is best to specialize in the early stage. After wisdom and stability are stabilized, you can enter the world to practice.

Otherwise, you can only repair what-owned grain tract, such as Wen Si, mantra, release, and pray, support and so on. Occasionally repair Ji Dinghui, but this practice is always difficult to retreat. So everything needs to be chosen by the benevolent!

Q: It feels like I finally found a master!

Ask a few superficial questions: I have been in meditation for 7 months, but I do n’t know the method that suits me. I feel that it is suitable, but I do n’t know if it is the right way.

Example: At the beginning, I read the “8 Minutes of Happiness Therapy” written by a foreigner, using the concept of breathing (I don’t know if it can be regarded as “viewing”). I found a little feeling, and I could sit for almost an hour for the first time, and I was peaceful. It feels wonderful. Later, I started to search the Internet to find the west, and I felt that this was not the right way, so I began to practice singles. I was not too young, and it was very painful. Adopting that method (I don’t know if it’s correct), but can’t calm down, and often fall into a drowsy state, so now there is a retreat.

Am I a method issue or something else? Hope pointing

In addition: I usually go to Douban less often. If you have any questions through DouPost, I hope to reply.

Answer: To break through in the early stages of meditation, you need a certain determination and persistence. In order to practice the Dharma, the most important thing is to practice the four meditations. With this meditation power, the mind can move towards self-control, which enables it to cultivate insight.

Watching breathing is the method of nectar, which is suitable for the public. You can do it yourself. Specific practice methods can be found in the book “The Road to Dinghui” in Baidu, which is very clear.

The initial suggestion is preferably intensive meditation, specializing in meditation multiple times (more than 3 times) daily for 1 hour. Until you can enter the four zens in one breath, and stabilize it for 1 hour. After reaching this state, you can switch to meditation (or meditation). So you can get on the road soon. If you do n’t have enough confidence, look at the biographer of your ancestor (such as Biography of Mirajbar) or other meditation diaries (such as Jin Manci’s meditation diary) to increase your confidence and strengthen your determination to practice!

Q: Brother, may I ask if the premise is to have a certain health guarantee for the body, and also ask the brother to recommend a few guidance books for the beginners, thank you

Answer: Health is conducive to cultivation, and cultivation is conducive to health.

For the revised instruction book, please refer to the Ahan sutra. See also The Road to Dinghui.

Question: I have just started studying. You are too esoteric to understand. Um, please ask. I just started to study and can only recite Scriptures and Bibles. Is it feasible? But when I do my homework, I always think of many things, and I really do it sincerely.

Answer: It is good to read the Scriptures. Of course, it is also a good way for Yu Sanbao to cultivate confidence and good fortune.

But the essence of the sutras is sutras, not sutras. Understanding the meaning of the scriptures, such as rational practice, is to believe in the Buddha and follow it. In order to enter into the Fa and achieve Buddhism.
