Answer: 1. If you go to meditation, you should not have leg pain. Because meditation does not correspond to suffering. However, some people are unsure, that is, meditation is unstable. In one fell swoop, the meditation is in the near line (the near line is also divided into 1234 meditation line). In this case, many people think that they are still meditating, but he will feel leg pain at this time. If you can concentrate on living in the situation (entertainment), you will forget your leg pain.
Therefore, leg pain is not a matter of several Zens, but leg pains, and it only depends on whether you are in meditation.
However, there are some meditations that do not hurt the legs no matter whether they are in the middle of the meditation or fall out of the near meditation. That’s the kind of energy that is strong and full of qi. For example, the birth is determined, the result is determined. And some special Samadhi etc. This intelligent wait-and-hold will not hurt your legs and will change your body.
- Training in meditation is comfortable. If you are proficient in training, you can do it like you said. After a few thoughts, you can reach three or even four zens. You can also go to 2 Zen or the first Zen with a few thoughts. All the body disappeared, generally in the state of three Zens or more. This kind of training is very important. Through this training, you can improve the efficiency of meditation practice (you don’t have to wait for the four Zens slowly). And, this kind of training itself is a more special kind of fixed force and magical force training. If you can train 1-4 zens like this, and continue to train a few thoughts into the colorless world 4 vacancy, you can achieve the ability to transcend Zen. If further study is done and training is done in this way, it is the lion’s triumph. This is the door to Zen jackfruit! It is the foundation of the liberation of the mind.

Answer: Anyone has the fear of death. No matter if he died in this life or in the last life, as long as he died, he would be afraid. To resolve, that is said in the Dharma, is to realize the truth of selflessness. Don’t cling to having an “I” like this to scare yourself.
