Answer: All the decisions will come out. However, it is generally unlikely that it will exceed 7 days. But extinction is said to last for many thousands of years.

 Q: Hello, Bodhisattva. There are several questions I would like to ask at the end of the study:

1. Is it possible to enter the extinction after the four Zens and eight fixes? According to the description of annihilation, Zen enlightenment is quite similar. Is it necessary to enter the annihilation to “enlighten”?
2. Is there any difference between the second Zen and the third Zen in the image? At the end of the meditation period, I only knew that my body and ear were broken, but I did n’t know which meditation.
3. Do the four Zens only help others to see if they have broken their breath? Can I judge for myself?

Answer: 1. Extinction must be done with the power of four zens. But when you enter, you do n’t have to go through the fourth meditation. You can jump directly to Extinction.

Enlightenment is a very general word. There are many levels of enlightenment. There are also differences in size and roundness. The Xiao Cheng breaks my opinion as enlightenment. What can be eliminated is the evidence of the three effects. That is to say, I’m sure I’ve seen it. But it does not necessarily meet the requirements of Mahayana’s “obviousness.”

2. If you have broken body and ear sense in meditation, you must be in the state of more than four zens. No longer in the category of Ersan Zen. The two and three Zens all have the sense of physical comfort and joy. The Four Zens have no physical hearing, but the spirit is sober.

3. Four Zens can know for themselves. But it is not knowing by thinking, but knowing. If you think about a few Zens, you will fall out of the four Zen state. But you can set your mind in the near future (but if you think more, you will lose it).
